ABOUT THE ROLE
This role involves working on geospatial analysis, data processing, and development of analytical tools that transform complex datasets into actionable insights.
You will contribute to building and improving applications such as prospectivity mapping tools, risk analysis systems, and AI-powered data platforms (e.g., DataLab). The work combines GIS, data science, and applied problem-solving in real-world contexts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process and analyze geospatial and tabular datasets
• Develop and support analytical workflows (Python / GIS)
• Contribute to development of tools and applications (Streamlit or similar)
• Integrate multiple datasets (geological, environmental, qualitative)
• Support visualization and interpretation of results
REQUIREMENTS
• Background in geospatial analysis, data science, or related field
• Experience with Python (preferred) and GIS tools (QGIS / ArcGIS)
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in applied work (mining, energy, development, or risk analysis)
